Featuring the familiar shape and feel of previous Cutlass models, the Cutlass HT showcases new custom Music Man pickup technology inspired by over a decade of guitar string research delivering an incredibly dynamic and responsive playing experience. The pickups are able to achieve an ultra-high-output, powerful low-end response while retaining a distinctively clean, clear tone at lower volume levels. This set of three HT (Heat Treated) pickups uses patent-pending pole pieces and a large neodymium magnet which provides remarkable definition. The bridge pickup has been overwound with plain enamel magnet wire providing a strong, powerful tone, while the neck and middle pickups have been underwound with heavy formvar magnet wire for a more traditional voice. All three pickups have been crafted for a complimentary tonal offering across all five switch positions. In addition, the electronics package includes a push-push adjustable 20dB boost function and a transparent buffered output for complete tonal consistency wherever your volume control is set. The Cutlass HT shares many of the standard specifications of the original Cutlass guitar, including a contoured Alder body, a roasted figured maple neck, 22 stainless frets, Schaller locking tuners, and Music Man vintage tremolo.

Product Specs

Manufacturer Part Number (MPN): 405-OMG-R2-06-MB-CR

Model: Cutlass HT SSS

Finish: Golden Delicious

Neck: Figured Roasted Maple

Fretboard: Rosewood

Pickguard: Parchment

Hardware: Chrome hardware

Body Wood: Alder

Body Finish: High Gloss Polyester

Bridge: Music Man® Modern tremolo with crescent cover and vintage bent steel saddles

Scale Length: 25.5"

Neck Radius: 10" (25.4 cm)

Frets: 22 - High Profile, Medium Width, Stainless Steel

Neck Width: 1-5/8" (41.3 mm) at nut; 2-1/4" (56.9 mm) at last fret

Fret Markers: Dot

Neck Finish: Gunstock oil and hand-rubbed special wax blend

Tuning Machines: Schaller M6-IND locking

Controls: Volume knob with push/push switch for gain boost, tone knob, 5 way pickup selector switch.

Switching: 5-way lever pickup selector; push/push volume pot for gain boost

Pickups: Music Man® HT Single Coil

Strings: 9p-11p-16p-26w-36w-46w (M-Steel Hybrid Slinky #2922)

//cdn.shopify.com/s/files/1/0577/8466/4154/files/unnamed_e030ed1f-dfda-4157-9931-deae39ab4aa5.png?v=1791263685
https://egaguitars.com/products/music-man-cutlass-ht-sss-guitar-golden-delicious-mm-405-omg-r2-06-mb-cr
