Refund Policy
Order Cancellation
All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to change or cancel it, you must contact us immediately. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled and the item(s) become subject to a re-stocking fee.

RETURN POLICY
New Items
Most New items are returnable for a refund or replacement within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in the same conditions that they were shipped. This includes all original packaging, accessories and documentation. After 30 days, EGA Guitars cannot accept the return, however most new items carry a full manufacturer warranty that cover product defect. Additional coverage is available for most items with the purchase of an Extended Warranty.

We’re all players here at EGA Guitars, and we know that sometimes a guitar just isn’t the perfect match. Our goal is to make sure you’re confident when you buy from us, so we’ve built a return policy that’s fair, simple, and transparent — while keeping your instrument protected every step of the way.
Initial actual shipping costs are deducted from refunds in the event that a product is being returned for any reason other than shipping damage. (This includes higher expedited shipping charges. A restocking fee of 15% will apply.

"Item Not Received as Pictured" Policy:
We strive to describe each guitar accurately, but our high-resolution photos serve as the most detailed representation of the item. Any minor imperfections, wear, or details not explicitly mentioned in the description should be referenced in the provided images. Buyers acknowledge that the photos take precedence over written descriptions when assessing condition. Returns based solely on subjective condition expectations may be subject to restocking fees.Many of our instruments come from manufacturer returns, refurbishments, or customer returns. These are fully inspected and set up by our techs, but most do not include factory warranties and are marked/stamped “used” per manufacturer agreements.
EGA Guitars must be notified of all shipping damage within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return or replacement. Photos may be requested for damaged items prior to the RMA Approval
Items that are not returned in the condition they were delivered are subject to a 15% restocking fee. Items returned for discretionary reasons (i.e. buyers remorse, wrong item purchased, product didn’t work for customer’s needs etc.) may also be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15%. EGA Guitars reserves the right to deduct the cost of shipping from the refund. Items that do not have the original packaging cannot be accepted for return.
The cost of shipping will be deducted from returns on all items that are undeliverable and/or are returned to sender.
ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED INCLUDE:
- Software
- Items returned in a different condition than they were delivered (missing contents, accessories, documentation, and/or damaged packaging)
- Items that are considered for “personal use” (headphones, in ear monitors, vocal microphones, instrument mouthpieces, harmonicas, etc.)
- Special Orders
- Discontinued products
- Close-out sales.
We strongly recommend that you check your order after receiving it to be sure that it is in proper working order.
Please contact us at the email or phone number below with your order number and a description of the issue at hand for a Return Merchandise Authorization. EGA Guitars will not be held responsible for returns or shipments sent without an RMA number or EGA Guitars shipping label.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our #1 priority. Therefore, you can request a refund or reshipment for ordered products if:
- You do not receive them within the guaranteed time (45 days not including 2-5 day processing)
- You receive the wrong item
- You do not want the product you have received (but you must return the item at your expense and the item must be unused)
We do not issue the refund if:
- Your order does not arrive due to factors within your control (e.g. providing the wrong shipping address)
- Your order does not arrive due to exceptional circumstances outside our control (e.g. not cleared by customs, delayed by a natural disaster).
