Founded in 2023, EGA Guitars is a Texas-based guitar retailer built by players for players. We specialize in guitars, basses, effects, accessories, and carefully selected gear for musicians at every level - from someone buying their first instrument to experienced players searching for the next one they cannot put down.

That is why EGA Guitars individually photographs our instruments - new, used, open-box, B-stock, and professionally refurbished - so you can see the actual guitar or bass you are purchasing, including its unique grain, finish, cosmetic characteristics, and condition.

We believe you should be able to see the actual instrument that is going to arrive at your door, not just a manufacturer stock photo.

For used, B-stock, open-box, and professionally refurbished instruments, that transparency matters even more. Our photographs work together with our condition information and repair or damage disclosures to give you a clear picture of the instrument before you buy it.

The guitar you see is the guitar you get. No guessing what is going to show up.

That last line is stronger than the current one and makes the individually photographed inventory a real EGA differentiator, including on new guitars.

Before an eligible used instrument leaves EGA Guitars, it goes through our in-house inspection process.

Our team evaluates the instrument's condition, hardware, electronics, functionality, playability, and other key components before it is prepared for its next player.

Where appropriate, instruments receive fresh strings and a basic setup before shipment.

Because guitars are made from wood and respond naturally to temperature, humidity, transportation, and player preference, setups can change after an instrument travels. But our goal is simple:

Start every instrument from the best position we reasonably can before it leaves us.

EGA Guitars carries a mix of:

Some professionally refurbished instruments we sell have been processed through established refurbishment programs.

These instruments may include authorized refurbishment markings, replacement serial numbers, or “USED” stamps as part of that process.

We believe these instruments can provide players an exceptional opportunity to own quality gear at a much more competitive price.

We stand behind the eligible instruments we sell.

Eligible instruments purchased from EGA Guitars are backed by our 1-Year EGA Guitars Limited Warranty, subject to its applicable terms, limitations, and exclusions.

If a qualifying covered issue develops, EGA has an established warranty process to evaluate the instrument and determine the appropriate repair or resolution.

The goal isn't just to sell you a guitar.

It is to still be here if that guitar needs us later.
