🚚 Free Standard Shipping

EGA Guitars offers FREE Standard Shipping on eligible orders of $19.99 or more within the contiguous United States.

Guitars and basses also receive FREE Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States.

Eligible orders under $19.99 ship for a flat $5.99 Standard Shipping rate.

Standard Shipping generally has an estimated transit time of 3–7 business days.

We offer 2-Day Expedited Shipping on eligible orders:

Pedals & Accessories — $19.99
Guitars & Basses — $65.00

The 2-day service refers to carrier transit time after the order has been processed and tendered to the carrier.

Weekends, holidays, weather, carrier disruptions, address issues, and other circumstances outside EGA Guitars' reasonable control may affect actual delivery.

🎸 Guitar & Bass Shipping

Guitars and basses receive FREE Standard Shipping within the contiguous United States.

Customers who prefer faster service may select 2-Day Expedited Shipping for $65.00 at checkout.

Instruments are carefully prepared and packaged for transportation, and tracking information is provided once the shipment is processed.

📦 Pedals, Accessories & Smaller Merchandise

Eligible pedals, accessories, strings, parts, and similar merchandise receive:

$5.99 Standard Shipping on eligible orders under $19.99

and

FREE Standard Shipping on eligible orders of $19.99 or more

Customers may also select 2-Day Expedited Shipping for $19.99 on eligible pedals and accessories.

📍 P.O. Boxes

EGA Guitars does not ship to P.O. Boxes.

A valid physical street address is required for orders to be processed and shipped.

If a P.O. Box is entered during checkout, fulfillment may be delayed while we contact the customer for an eligible shipping address.

Alaska & Hawaii

EGA Guitars ships to both Alaska and Hawaii using separate flat-rate standard shipping options.

Pedals & Accessories — $19.99 Standard Shipping
Guitars & Basses — $65.00 Standard Shipping

Standard shipping to Alaska and Hawaii generally has an estimated transit time of 3–10 business days.

These rates do not qualify for our contiguous United States free-shipping promotion.

Certain oversized, overweight, special-order, or special-handling products may require additional shipping charges. If additional shipping is required, EGA Guitars will contact you before the order is shipped.

Available shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

U.S. Territories & Military Addresses

Shipping availability to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, and other destinations outside our standard domestic shipping areas may vary.

Please contact EGA Guitars before ordering if you need shipment to one of these destinations.

International Shipping

International shipping may be available to certain supported destinations.

Shipping rates, estimated transit times, customs requirements, import duties, taxes, brokerage charges, and other destination-specific costs may vary.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated by EGA Guitars, customers are responsible for applicable customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, and similar destination fees.

Available international shipping options will be displayed during checkout.

📧 Tracking

Tracking information is generally provided electronically once an order has been processed for shipment.

Carrier tracking may take additional time to update after a shipping label is created or a shipment is first tendered to the carrier.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We may be able to correct an address before fulfillment. Once a shipment has been tendered to a carrier, address changes may no longer be possible and additional carrier charges may apply.

Refused, Unclaimed & Returned Shipments

Orders that are refused, unclaimed, undeliverable because of an incorrect customer-provided address, or otherwise returned to EGA Guitars may be subject to applicable:

• Outbound shipping costs
• Return shipping charges
• Carrier fees
• Address-correction fees
• Rerouting charges
• Other transportation costs

Shipping Damage

Please inspect your shipment promptly after delivery.

If an order appears to have been damaged during transportation, contact EGA Guitars as soon as possible and within 24 hours whenever reasonably possible.

Please retain:

• The product
• Shipping carton
• Packing materials
• Shipping labels
• Any damaged packaging

We may request photographs or video to evaluate the shipment and, where applicable, work with the carrier.

Do not discard packaging while a shipping-damage claim is being evaluated.
