Its mahogany single-cut body and set-through 3-piece mahogany neck deliver exceptional resonance, sustain, and effortless upper-fret access, making it equally suited for crushing rhythm work and soaring lead lines.
At the heart of the EC-1000 is a pair of Fishman Fluence Modern 3-Voice active humbuckers, providing an enormous range of tones from tight, aggressive high-gain sounds to more traditional humbucker character. These innovative pickups combine advanced Fluence technology with classic-inspired voicings to deliver hum-free operation, impressive output, and outstanding tonal flexibility.
A Macassar ebony fingerboard with 24 extra-jumbo stainless steel frets ensures smooth, precise playability, while the TonePros locking TOM-style bridge and LTD locking tuners provide rock-solid tuning stability and reliable intonation.
