Description

The Wolfgang® WG Standard M captures the iconic style and massive sound pioneered by Eddie Van Halen, now at a price accessible to everyday musicians. Its basswood body features a "comfort cut" forearm contour and masked-off natural body binding for maximum playing ease and visual appeal.

The bolt-on baked maple neck is reinforced with graphite rods and includes a conveniently located spoke wheel for fast truss rod adjustments. The 12"-16" compound radius baked maple fingerboard with rolled edges, 22 jumbo frets, and black dot inlays offers smooth, fast playability, while the oiled neck finish enhances comfort during long sessions.

Dual EVH® Wolfgang humbucking pickups mounted directly to the body deliver exceptional sustain and tonal clarity. The EVH-branded Floyd Rose® Special bridge with R2 locking nut maintains perfect tuning, and black knurled 500k control knobs allow precise volume and tone shaping. Finished in Wine Red with a black headstock and black chrome hardware, the WG Standard M is ready for stage and studio performance.
