The Player II Modified Telecaster® SH is a classic guitar with the modern player in mind. The Modern "C"-profile neck with satin urethane finish on the back, combined with a 9.5"-radius slab maple or rosewood fingerboard with smooth rolled edges and 22 medium jumbo frets, allows fast and fluid playability. The alder body provides classic Fender punch and comes in exciting new finishes. The Player II Modified humbucker delivers articulate high-output tone, while the noiseless™ Tele pickup provides classic Tele® twang and bite with zero unwanted noise. The push/pull tone switch splits the neck humbucker to produce classic Tele® neck single-coil tones. A 6-saddle bridge, short post locking tuners, TUSQ® nut, and modern string tree ensure stable tuning for demanding bends and rock leads.
