Ernie Ball Skinny Top Heavy Bottom Slinky Electric Guitar Strings combine a comfortable, flexible feel on the treble strings with heavier low strings for added tension, punch, and definition. The .010–.052 gauge combination is well suited for players who want easy bends and lead work on the higher strings while maintaining a tighter response for rhythm playing and heavier riffing.
Constructed with a tin-plated hexagonal steel core wrapped in nickel-plated steel wire, these strings deliver the familiar balanced tone and dependable feel associated with the Slinky line. Round-wound construction provides traditional electric guitar attack and clarity, while color-coded ball ends make string identification and changes quick and convenient.
Ernie Ball’s Element Shield packaging helps protect the strings from environmental exposure and keeps each set factory fresh until installation.
