Description
The LTD TA-204 FRX is the affordable signature bass of Slayer frontman Tom Araya, delivering aggressive styling, powerful tone, and rock-solid performance for players who demand uncompromising low-end authority. Its distinctive FRX body shape and black satin finish capture the unmistakable look of Tom's stage-ready instrument.
A pair of ESP Designed SB-4 pickups provide punchy, articulate passive tone with plenty of output for everything from tight rhythms to aggressive metal performance. The Thin U maple neck and roasted jatoba fingerboard offer fast, comfortable playability across the full 35-inch scale, while 24 extra-jumbo frets and Slayer pentagram inlays complete its unmistakable character.
An LTD BB-604 bridge and LTD tuners provide dependable tuning stability and sustain, making the TA-204 FRX a reliable workhorse built for rehearsals, recording sessions, and live performance.
