Description

Loaded with player-oriented features and iconic style, the Wolfgang® Special Striped is a highly responsive, huge-sounding instrument born to crank out serious rock. Sporting an eye-popping Red with Black and White Stripes finish, black headstock and chrome hardware, this guitar delivers unmistakable EVH attitude on sight alone.

A basswood body with arched top pairs with a graphite-reinforced quartersawn maple neck carved and rolled to Eddie Van Halen's exacting specifications. The fast 12"-16" compound radius ebony fingerboard with 22 jumbo frets is built for energetic riffing and blazing leads, while the heel-mount truss rod adjustment wheel allows quick and easy neck relief tweaks.

Custom-designed EVH® Wolfgang® humbucking pickups are direct-mounted to the body for girth, sparkle and near-endless sustain. A rock-solid EVH®-branded Floyd Rose® locking tremolo with EVH® D-Tuna® keeps tuning locked tight through extreme whammy abuse and allows instant Drop-D retuning, making this a one-guitar solution for the stage.
