Fusion Wound Stainless Bass Strings offer the ultimate stability and tone. Using our exclusive “Fusion Winding” process, the under-wrap wire consisting of 92/8 phosphor bronze is fused to the high carbon steel core by using electricity and heat. Once cooled, the final winding is applied and the result is a bright, consistent, long lasting string with an amazing tone. These bass strings (formerly called RB/Rock Bright) are available in a variety of gauges and combinations including long and extra-long scale. The cover-wrap is available in Nickel (NRB) or stainless Steel (SRB).
