Description

The Schecter Sun Valley Super Shredder FR-S is a great choice for players who want a guitar that pushes their technical limits, with the features and design to keep up with every note. Its classic styling recalls some of the best super-style instruments in history. Inspired by souped-up, highly modified rock guitars, it has a no-nonsense, high-performance attitude, with a black pickguard, hardware and electronics set against a comfortable S-style body. A beautifully contoured neck heel gives unrestricted access to the highest frets.

Schecter worked with EMG Pickups and the Sustainiac company to supply its horsepower. The bridge humbucker uses a specially designed active preamp system with passive-style coils for vintage clarity with modern power. The neck-position Sustainiac delivers infinite sustain and thick feedback at the flip of a switch. A Schecter-exclusive Floyd Rose double-locking tremolo, a specialized take on the iconic design found only on select Schecter guitars, adds a new level of control and stability.
