Description
The Fender Custom Shop American Custom Stratocaster blends golden-age Fender tone with modern playability. Its 2-piece ash body is paired with a '60s oval bird's-eye maple neck and a round-lam rosewood fingerboard, providing excellent access to 22 narrow-tall frets on a 9.5-12" compound radius. Hand-wound '64 Strat pickups in the neck and middle positions deliver clear, bell-like chime, complemented by the higher-output bridge-position Fat '64 Strat for expressive, dynamic tones.
With a nitrocellulose finish, Sperzel locking tuners, and a Custom Shop vintage synchronized tremolo, this Strat offers stable tuning, smooth bends, and responsive playability. From studio sessions to stage performances, the American Custom Stratocaster embodies Custom Shop quality and craftsmanship, making it a versatile instrument for discerning players.
